ACCURE Business Plan

I worked in collaboration with a group in order to edit and re-format the plan of newly formed business. For my part of the modifications of the business plan, I primarily edited the Executive Summary Portion. For this section I mostly focused on fundamental, surface-level edits – grammar, sentence structure, acronym usage, etc. – as well as ensuring that information that was provided in the Executive Summary wasn’t repeated too often throughout the business plan in order to reduce redundancies.

This was the most difficult of my tasks since I had to go through the plan and rearrange information often by either moving information into the Executive Summary section or just outright removing some statements because they were already explained thoroughly in this section. Despite that, I believe I did I great job in ensuring the Executive Summary was more concise and summarized the business plans of ACCURE more thoroughly.

Code Work

For this project I simply wanted to display that I have the skills to code confidently in Java at an entry-level through this past assignment. In this project I was able to build I code that can accurately predict someone’s tax return through the information that they submitted into the code. Through this I was able to display efficient use of what-if statements, arrays, for statements, and looping aspects of Java coding. Though I did not display it, I am also capable of doing similar coding styles through C++ at an even higher degree.

Research Project

For this project I have chosen an annotated bibliography because it displays my ability to use MLA formatting as well as the ability to find and accurately use peer reviewed sources in order to make an overarching argument about a subject.
